EverboarderBot

EverboarderBot is the crawler behind Everboarder's sales battlecards. It reads public product, solution, pricing and documentation pages on software vendors' websites so that each battlecard can quote what the vendor says about itself, with the page and the date it was read.

How it behaves

• User agent: EverboarderBot/1.0 (+https://everboarder.com/bot)
• Honours robots.txt, including Crawl-delay.
• At most one request every two seconds to any site.
• Never fetches pages behind a login or paywall, and never submits forms.
• Re-reads a vendor weekly to monthly, depending on its size.

How to block it

Add this to your robots.txt:

User-agent: EverboarderBot
Disallow: /

To dispute a claim on a battlecard rather than block the crawler, use corrections.
