Sales performance isn't a single skill. We score across five dimensions — situation fluency, question quality, objection handling, framework discipline, and emotional composure — so reps and managers see exactly where to focus.

Adaptive practice

Difficulty calibrates automatically as skills improve. New reps start with structured scaffolding; experienced sellers face high-pressure scenarios drawn from real deals.

Spaced reinforcement

Skills decay without practice. Sessions are scheduled at 1, 3, 7, 14, and 30-day intervals so trained behaviours stick.
